Late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows incur a booking fee of 90% of the service, while clients with an illness or an unexpected emergency are not charged if they notify the studio as soon as possible. Unpaid balances carry a 20% charge for every 30 days past due, and no new appointments are booked until the balance is paid. Refunds are not given on services or opened products, though product samples may be sent home to try when in stock. Guests are asked to arrive free of synthetic scents such as perfume, scented products and tobacco.

Care is tailored to each client's concerns, ranging from gentle refreshment to corrective treatment. The business says it uses non-toxic skincare, describes its results as clinically proven and takes a whole-body view of care.
