Visits are booked by reservation only, Monday through Friday, and the lobby opens ten minutes before an appointment. Every facial begins with a consultation and includes a hand treatment, with a neck, shoulder and scalp massage added if wanted. Most facials also include a brief LED session when the skin is suitable. The Favorite Glo Facial is a 90-minute visit at $330 that is tailored to each appointment and may combine dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, LED, a custom-blended mask and leave-on treatments. Other facials include Hydradermabrasion at $245 for exfoliation and hydration, Dermaplaning at $175 using a sterile blade with light extractions as needed, Deep Pore Cleansing at $180 for congested and acne-prone skin, which the spa says suits men and teens, and Bright & Brilliant at $160 with enzyme exfoliation and an active mask for all skin types.

Chemical peels are customized from $65, with single or layered peels chosen for each client's skin. The spa offers peels for acne, pigmentation, signs of aging and uneven texture. Multi-visit options include the Fresh Start Peel Series, three 45-minute treatments at $550 with a mini home care kit, and the Advanced Peel Series, three multi-layer 45-minute peels at $750 with a mini home care kit. The Fall Refresh runs five visits for $785: an opening facial with consultation, three peels spaced 7 to 10 days apart, and a finishing facial. Clients are asked to stop topical retinol at least two days before a peel, finish steroids and antibiotics at least two weeks before, and limit sun and heat for 48 hours afterward.

Massage therapy is offered in 60-minute sessions at $120 and 90-minute sessions at $170, and may include cupping and stretching. Gift cards are sold as digital cards in any amount, delivered by email, and as wrapped cards available in the boutique by reservation or mailed. They can be used toward facials, massage or boutique purchases.

The spa says its rates reflect professional-grade products, advanced techniques and ongoing training. Enzyme exfoliation is built into some facials and peels rather than sold only as an add-on.

The salon sits behind a blue-gray office building, reached through its own separate entrance and parking lot.
