Booking is done online through a live calendar, or by calling or texting. Clients who are unsure which technique or length to choose can ask by phone or text, and the studio will help. A private intake form is sent by text or email after booking, and arriving about 10 minutes early is suggested. Membership is not required for massage. Clients who have been away from massage for a long time, and returning clients after any length of time, are welcome; the next visit starts with a review of what has changed. Before a visit, clients can mention mobility, positioning, sensory or other comfort needs. During a session, clients stay draped, undress only as far as they are comfortable, and can change pressure or position or skip any area.

The signature massage is the Creative Healing Blend, a full-body session with extra attention to areas that feel tense, shaped around how the client feels that day. It was formerly called Special Blend Massage. Therapeutic and deep tissue sessions focus on a specific ache, pattern or recovery goal, with pressure and techniques chosen together. Cupping is offered as a full 60-minute session or woven into other massages when it helps, and it is always optional. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks that usually fade over several days. Relaxation massage uses long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure, and hot stone massage combines warm stones with slow work. Booking guidance suggests 30 minutes for one focused area or a first visit, 60 minutes for one main priority, and 90 minutes for focused work combined with broader relaxation.

Prenatal massage is offered in every trimester and postpartum massage is also available. Sessions are side-lying with bolstering and professional draping, and are adjusted for trimester, position and how the client feels that day. High-risk pregnancies are reviewed one at a time and may need clearance from the client's obstetrician or midwife. Clients with new or concerning symptoms are asked to check with their maternity care provider before booking. After a C-section or complication, clients are asked to get guidance from their obstetric provider first. The studio also provides care that follows the guidance of a physical therapist, chiropractor or OB.

Facials and skin care use Farmhouse Fresh products, which clients can also buy at the studio. Options range from a 45-minute express facial to a customized classic facial, a facial designed for men's skin, and a calming option for sensitive, redness-prone skin. Other facials address oily or congested skin with an ultrasonic scrubber, the look of tone and fine lines, and dull or uneven-looking skin with a 30% professional peel. Spa packages pair a massage with a facial or body scrub. The studio also offers on-site chair or table massage for offices and teams, and spa parties for bridal groups, birthdays and home or event gatherings, with a written quote before booking. Gift cards for massage, facials and spa packages can be bought online or by calling or texting. Massage and skin care are not a substitute for medical care, according to the business. Insurance, HSA and FSA coverage varies by plan, so clients are asked to check with their plan administrator. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged under the policy shown when booking.
