Before the wedding, a bride can book a private in-studio preview at the Seminole Heights location on weekdays, ideally two to three months ahead of her date. A preview includes a consultation to plan the bridal look, traditional or airbrush makeup, faux lashes and a hairstyle. One guest may attend, and previews can also be held at the bride's home within 30 miles of the studio for an added fee. Hair and makeup can be previewed separately, and Hollywood waves add time to a hair preview.

On the wedding day, the team travels to the venue with a full production kit that includes director's chairs, lighting, products and equipment. Each individual hair or makeup service is allotted about an hour, and the timeline is built around the services that have been confirmed. Packages use long-lasting, humidity-resistant products.

Bookings can be made online with a card on file, which is not charged until the appointment is complete. A $250 deposit is required for all bookings, applied to travel fees and day-of services; it is nonrefundable but transfers if the wedding date changes. Website inquiries are answered as soon as possible, and those sent Friday through Sunday receive a reply the following Monday.

Each bride gets a custom beauty plan shaped by her vision, skin type, dress, venue and overall style, aiming for refined, natural-looking glam that enhances her own features.
