Appointments can be booked online or through ClassPass. New clients complete a client information form. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Sundays closed.
