Services are grouped into Hair Works, Body Works and Nail Works. Body Works brings together facials, body treatments, massage, waxing, lash and brow enhancements, and makeup. The facial menu includes the In Sync Signature Facial, which starts with a skin analysis and is customized to the client's skin, along with an Acne Facial that pairs deep cleansing and light chemical exfoliation with targeted acne care and LED. Chemical peels are tailored to each client's goals. Nail services include a Signature Spa Manicure and Pedicure with a natural sugar and salt scrub, along with acrylic, gel and French options. The salon also offers a monthly rotation of special services and exclusive discounts.
The salon states that its stylists, nail technicians and estheticians are licensed, and that licensing, training and experience are a priority for every stylist and assistant. Every hair service begins with a consultation. Before each body treatment, staff talk through the client's individual needs. Waxing is done with two wax types formulated for sensitive skin. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure and heat treatments for two hours before a wax and twelve hours after, and waxing is not offered to clients using Retin-A or Accutane.
