Individual services for children include mini manicures, mini pedicures, a combined mani-pedi, a small facial, glittery makeup and princess buns. Spa packages for one or two guests bundle these services with dress-up, a sash and tiara, or a keepsake, and the top-tier packages add a hairstyle and a princess dress of the child's choice.

For birthdays, the site lists mini party packages for groups of four, larger party packages for eight girls, and spa party packages. Mini party packages include a pedicure chair, a mani-pedi combo, a massage and glittery polish for each girl, a robe to wear during services, and a choice of birthday add-ons. Eight-girl parties include a host from start to finish, dress-up, hair, nails, makeup, party music and a birthday ceremony with wishes for the birthday girl. Parties end at their scheduled time even if guests arrive late, and arriving more than ten minutes after the start carries a $75 late fee. Tours are available by appointment on weekdays.
