Visits begin with a consultation. New clients book a CurlyCut & Style that includes a one-on-one consultation, a dry cut and a wash and go style. Returning clients can book a shorter cut, or a fuller CurlyCut & Style when there has been a major change or more than six months since the last haircut.

Color is priced after a consultation. Returning clients can book root touch-ups, which cover gray or keep existing color fresh, and highlight touch-ups.

For clients who want to learn their own routine, the Learn to Love Your Curls appointment includes a consultation, a wash and go tutorial and product recommendations. A haircut is not included.

The studio sells Innersense Organic Beauty, Malibu C and TresLuxe products. A loyalty reward gives 10% off a future visit after $350 is spent on services and products within 12 months; it cannot be combined with other rewards.

Each appointment is built around the natural texture and shape of the client's curls, with a focus on cutting and styling curly hair.
