About

Booking is done online through the studio's booking system, with GlossGenius as the direct option. A deposit is required at booking for each service. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Aftercare is part of the service. Brow stain lasts about 10 days on the skin and about 4 weeks on the hair, and clients are advised to wait at least 12 hours before getting brows wet. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks. After a lash lift, waiting 24 hours before getting lashes wet is advised. The studio also advises against waxing for clients who are taking Accutane, as it may cause the skin to lift.

Each appointment starts with a conversation about the look the client wants, followed by a plan made for them.
