Every visit is one-on-one and starts with a conversation about the client's goals, preferences and lifestyle. Lash sets are mapped individually around eye shape, lid space, natural lash density, preferred length and everyday routine. Clients can bring inspiration photos, describe the look they want, or say they are unsure, and the design is built from their features. The studio offers six named preset styles, Bare, Foxe, Grandeur, Lift, Muse and Noir, but each one is still adjusted to the client. Korean facials follow the same pattern, with no fixed protocol: the treatment is chosen around the client's concerns, and options include deep pore cleansing, hydration, barrier repair, acne-targeted, calming for sensitive skin, and brightening, along with customized masks. Treatments can often be adjusted for sensitive-feeling skin once sensitivities have been discussed.
Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume full sets, fills, removal, mobile full sets, and UV/LED versions that use a light-curing adhesive system. A Korean lash lift lifts and shapes natural lashes from the root without adding extensions or fibers. Brow services cover tinting, trim or tweeze touch-ups, and lamination. A KRX Green Sea Peel and a Chateau Luxe Signature Korean Facial are the main skin services.
Chateau Luxe Academy, run under the same business, offers hands-on eyelash extension and Korean lash lift courses in group and one-on-one formats, for beginners through advanced students. Training is held at the Newport Beach studio near John Wayne Airport and runs three consecutive days, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. Course content covers fundamentals, consultation, sanitation, isolation and placement, adhesives, mapping, fills and removals, aftercare and business basics. Every course includes a lash kit and training manual. Academy training does not issue a government professional license; students receive a Chateau Luxe Academy Certificate of Completion, which is not a state-issued license.
Booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, applied to the service total, and the balance is paid at the time of service by cash, Zelle or Venmo. Rescheduling or cancelling needs at least 48 hours' notice, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients are asked to disclose allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, illnesses and recent eye-area procedures before booking, and the studio may recommend changing or postponing a treatment when that is the better choice.
The studio favors personal over preset, quality over volume, and enhancement over transformation. It gives honest recommendations, and it will say when a treatment is not the right fit.
