The facial menu is built around several named programs. The Face Reality acne care starts with a paid consultation that covers an acne revision plan, cleanse and tone, skin analysis, a sensitivity test and homecare recommendations, and it is required before a first treatment. Clients can book the consultation alone, a maintenance treatment, or a consultation combined with a first treatment. Microneedling is offered as the 24K AnteAGE session, which includes numbing prep with LED light, a lipid mask, an ice globe massage and AnteAGE stem cell postcare kits, or as a 10-minute booster in antiaging, brightening or clarifying formulas. Peels range from a customized chemical peel, where the peel is chosen around skin goals, concerns, peel experience and lifestyle, to a 4% pure retinol cream peel that uses PCA Skin retinoic acid time-release technology. Exfoliation options are dermaplaning and diamond microdermabrasion.

Many treatments can be extended with add-ons such as LED therapy, carboxy therapy, a jelly mask, a back peel, and a Vagacial Mini that pairs with any Brazilian or bikini wax. Brazilian Gem add-ons are Swarovski crystal designs that last three to four days, and the studio notes that designs are limited. Lash lifts, lash and brow tints, brow lamination, and a range of waxing services round out the menu.

Visits can begin with a complimentary 25-minute in-person consultation, or with virtual treatment and product recommendations by email. Clients who want a quiet visit can request a silent appointment, where only necessary conversation takes place during check-in, check-out and skin analysis. Product pickup visits are available for restocking skin, lash, brow and post-waxing products without a treatment. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values, and are final once sold.

According to the studio, the goal is transformative results delivered in a healing environment focused on facial health and beauty.
