The salon aims for quality work while also sharing knowledge, building confidence and creating connection with clients. Each bridal client has an in-person consultation at the salon before any work begins, to talk through the theme, dress and decor. Styles are recommended after that conversation, so clients can settle in and trust the process. Clients are greeted with a welcoming feel, according to the salon.

Bridal services cover hair and makeup for brides, bridesmaids and mothers, either separately or as a package. Bridal packages are reserved by contacting the salon directly. Flower girls, special events and corporate work are also offered. Online reservations require a valid credit card, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or without a rescheduled appointment, may be charged.

The salon also teaches makeup. A one-on-one beginner class covers skin prep, foundation, brows, contour, eyes and product knowledge. An intermediate one-on-one class runs 2.5 hours for students who have completed two beginner courses. A three-hour bridal makeup class is open to Glammface certified makeup artists, and a two-hour Rainbow class is open to all skill levels in a private space. Class courses end with a Glammface Certification of Training.

Quality work is paired with knowledge, confidence and connection, and every bridal booking starts with an in-person consultation so clients feel at ease before the work begins.
