Reesa focuses on neat, protective styles meant to last, and the menu runs from simple two-braid sets to full knotless installs with hair included.

The services fall into braids without added hair, feed-in braids, knotless braids, a boho add-on and a blow dry. Two- and four-braid sets are listed at 70 and 90 minutes, while knotless styles are listed at 480 minutes or more, so the longer styles need a full day. Half braids, Fulani knotless and Boho Fulani knotless are noted as having no thin edges. The studio does not take fresh or blunt cuts, fine or thinning hair, or hair that is breaking.

Bookings open in two windows: dates from the 1st to the 15th open on the 21st of the month before, and dates from the 16th to month end open on the 7th. Deposits are non-refundable, from 25 to 50 dollars for natural and feed-in styles and 100 dollars for knotless and Miracle Knots. The balance can be paid in cash, Zelle or Apple Cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars with approval before the appointment.

Clients must be 12 or older, and hair must be at least five inches long. It should arrive freshly washed, fully detangled, blown dry unless a blow dry is booked, and free of product. Parking is on the street or in a paid lot behind the shop, and clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for it. Hair that is excessively tangled or cannot be braided may be refused, and the full service price is still due.

Changes are limited. Services cannot be changed once booked, swaps are not allowed even after a reschedule, and extra guests are only allowed with advance approval because seating is limited. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are cancelled with the deposit forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the total, cancellations within 24 hours and no-call, no-shows are charged the full amount, and messages may take four to seven days for a reply.
