Hair extension work includes micro link installs, which begin with a free 15-minute consultation and a quote for each person, along with takedown with wash, short weaves, and wig installation. Braid services include singles, for which the client brings their own hair.

Makeup services include full glam with a product consultation, one-on-one classes using the salon's own Capture Cosmetics line, and single makeup for shoots and sets. Wedding packages cover bridal, bridesmaid, and trial hair and makeup. Wedding dates can be booked up to a year ahead depending on availability. A trial is recommended one week to one month before the wedding, and a date is held with a signed Bridal Agreement and a non-refundable $500 retainer, first come, first served. Dates falling on a Friday or Saturday carry a $500 minimum service level. Services can be done at the Walnut Creek studio or at a location the client chooses across the greater Bay Area, sometimes with a small travel fee.
