Lash extensions are priced by style. A classic full set places one extension on each natural lash, a hybrid set mixes classic and volume extensions, and a volume set uses hand-made fans on each natural lash. Wet sets use narrow closed fans of two to four extensions per natural lash for a mascara-like finish. Fills are booked on a schedule: classic and hybrid fills need at least 40% of extensions still in place and no more than three weeks since the last full set or fill, and volume fills follow the same rule. Half or mini refills are for fills booked less than a week after the last appointment, with 60% of extensions still on. Four-week fills are only meant for emergencies when a regular booking within two to three weeks was not possible.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with morning and late-afternoon windows, Saturday from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is closed Monday and Wednesday. Gift cards are sold in $5, $10, $20 and $50 amounts or a custom amount, and can go to one recipient, a group of contributors pooling money, or the buyer.

Lash work is planned around keeping each client's natural lashes healthy and strong, with removal done gently using a cream remover or gel followed by a lash bath.
