The menu is grouped into consultations, acne treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, corrective treatments, specialty facials, body treatments, brows, lashes, makeup, waxing and add-ons. Acne work ranges from single treatments and a back peel to Acne Bootcamp, a program of treatments every two weeks until skin clears, usually over 10 to 12 weeks. Bootcamp starts with a consultation and requires a Face Reality regimen designed for the client; clients may be asked to spend an additional $200 to $250 on products, which typically last three to four months. A virtual Bootcamp option is open to people outside the DFW and Texas area and includes virtual check-ins throughout the program.

Peels run from a light Glass Skin Peel, which has no visible peeling, to a Progressive Peel described as the mildest peel offered, and on to Mid-Depth and Deep Peels. A Mid-Depth Peel typically causes exfoliation within two to three days, while a Deep Peel has a typical recovery of seven to ten days and can be done up to twice a year. Skin Pen microneedling is offered as a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with optional stem cell add-ins using AnteAGE MD growth factor or brightening solutions. Makeup services include bridal makeup trials held at the studio, bridal and event makeup, event hair styling and makeup lessons on day-to-night looks. Wedding and event hair and makeup inquiries are made through an online form on the weddings page.

Policies are set out for clients: cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours ahead, late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service cost, and a card on file covers late arrivals. Fees must be settled before a new appointment can be booked. Waxing is not done while using Retin-A, Renova or Accutane, and clients must disclose medications taken within three months. Gift cards are non-refundable and product sales are final.

Treatments are planned around each client's skin needs, with an emphasis on helping clients understand their skin and the products they use. The studio says sessions are one-on-one, with sanitation after every client.
