The studio works with clients of every hair texture. Clients are invited to voice concerns about their hair during the appointment through the open-chair policy, so questions can be addressed while the service is underway.

Booking terms are set by the studio. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. An appointment can be moved once, provided the change is requested at least three days before the appointment day and time. Cancelling means booking a new appointment with a new deposit.
