The studio describes its post-op care as the most sought-after in the area and says it uses state-of-the-art devices. Post-op lymphatic massages are recommended daily for the first 14 days, starting the day after surgery, with 15 to 20 sessions as the usual rule of thumb. Each new post-op client books a consultation so the team can assess the body and concerns before the first massage, and a retainer deposit is required at that visit. A post-op massage lasts 30 minutes within an appointment of about 45 minutes, which leaves time to undress and dress in post-op garments. Surgical drain removal is offered, but it requires a drain log before it can be scheduled. The studio does not drain seromas or reopen incisions to drain lymphatic fluid. Body sculpting uses ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency, and vacuum therapy with radio frequency for contouring. Body sculpting after liposuction is postponed until 4 to 6 weeks after surgery, or longer depending on healing. Facial options range from microdermabrasion and deep decongestion to anti-aging and microneedling treatments. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance carry a $25 fee. A no-call no-show forfeits the service, and two no-call no-shows forfeit the rest of a package with no credit or refund. Massage and treatment packages must be paid in cash, are due in full, must be redeemed within 30 days, and are non-refundable, though unused amounts that cannot be completed for medical reasons may be transferred as credit toward other services with a doctor's statement. The studio accepts HSA and FSA debit cards and offers financing through Cherry, which it advertises at 0% APR.
