Extensions and sew-ins make up much of the menu. Install options include bonded Quickweave, tape-in, traditional, closure sew-in and K-Tip work, plus Cambodian hair packages in raw body wave, natural curly and kinky straight textures. Removal, maintenance and reinstall visits are available for installs the business has done itself.
Hair services include silk presses that start with a shampoo, a nourishing treatment and a trim before a pressed finish, with optional demi-permanent color and a scalp renewal massage. Relaxer options cover a first-time or fully grown-out virgin relaxer and a touch-up for returning clients. Texture Release and an amino acid treatment are offered as smoothing options that do not permanently straighten hair. Ginger, copper and red color is also on the menu, and a consultation may be needed before booking it.
Deposits, cancellation and late-arrival terms are set out in the booking policies. Client-initiated cancellations forfeit the deposit regardless of notice, while deposits are refunded if the stylist cancels. Clients need at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean service is refused. Clients who no-call, no-show are banned indefinitely.
Monthly memberships cover Signature Silk Press, Sew In Reinstall and Signature Quickweave, and include priority booking and member rates. Hair is not included in membership pricing. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
