Most of the menu centers on curly and coily hair: curl definition done curl by curl, combed coils for shorter lengths, big chop transitions with a product plan, flat twists, and two-strand twists in medium and small sizes. Silk presses, rod sets and blowouts are offered for clients who want a straightened or stretched finish, and the salon also does full, partial and root color services.

Appointments include a shampoo, a conditioning steam treatment and then the styling step, so a visit is a full wash and finish rather than a quick trim.

The salon is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed on weekends. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or a 50% fee applies, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price. A $20 late fee applies if a client arrives 15 minutes late, and detangling beyond the first 25 minutes is charged at $50 per half hour. Weekend appointments for a special event carry a $75 fee on top of the service price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
