Wig care is also available, including touch-ups, a fuller revamp that includes a deep clean and restyle, and custom color for hair bundles and wigs.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Frontals, closures and wigs need to be dropped off at least three days before the appointment, and clients arrive with freshly washed hair since the studio does not offer washes. Preparation such as blow-drying and braiding is included in the service price. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period. Same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 100 percent. The remaining balance is paid at checkout.
