The menu covers hair color, both permanent and semi-permanent, for covering new growth or creating an all-over solid shade. Lightening is offered for custom full or partial highlights, and a combined color and lightening service handles retouching new growth alongside partial highlights. Other hair services include haircuts, round-brush or hot-tool blowdries, micro and weft hair extensions, and Brazilian Blowout smoothing. Makeup is available as full glam or natural makeup with false lashes, and soft-wax waxing covers the face, including brows, upper lip, chin and cheeks. Wedding services are also offered.

Consultations with Shawnee come before appointments, and a deposit taken at the end of a consultation secures future services. Shawn says appointments take each client's time, availability, stress level, needs and budget into account. Clients who need to change plans must text the studio at least 36 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel without charge, and two courtesy reschedulings are allowed before a new deposit is required. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service price.

Packages and payment options include a six-blowout package for $300, which is non-refundable and must be used within six months at Glam by Shawnee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values and are final sale.
