Giselle Soto Brows

Giselle Soto Brows was founded by Giselle Soto, who performs the brow design services herself. The studio works by appointment only, and bookings are made by text, so each visit is arranged in advance.

A Brow Design visit begins with a consultation, followed by trimming, waxing and tweezing, with the wax chosen to suit the client's skin type. An optional makeup fill-in can finish the look. First-time clients book an initial design at $150. Returning clients who come back within 4 weeks of their last Brow Design pay $100 for maintenance, and anyone booking after 4 weeks is priced as a new design.

Add-ons can be booked alongside a brow design. Brow tinting uses a semi-permanent dye matched to natural brow color and lasts up to 2 weeks. Brow lamination is a chemical-free treatment that sets brow hairs into a chosen shape and lasts 6 to 8 weeks, though it is not ideal for very coarse hair or downgrowth. Tweezing alone is recommended for some clients with sensitive skin or who use certain skin treatments, and upper lip waxing covers the upper lip and lip line.

Pro Advanced Private Training is a one-on-one course at $1,500 that is demonstration-based, so students watch Giselle Soto work rather than practicing hands-on. Students must be enrolled in beauty school or licensed as an esthetician or cosmetologist, and should have prior waxing knowledge or be awaiting state board tests. A $500 deposit is required to book, is non-refundable but transferable if the course is rescheduled in time, and the remaining $1,000 is collected on arrival.

Policies cover arrivals, cancellations and payment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the total service price, and a no-call, no-show incurs a fee of 100%. Clients attend alone, check in by text on arrival and wait outside until they are called in. Silent appointments are available on request when booking. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card with a small surcharge, by cash, and by Zelle. Gift cards are also offered.

Shaping is individualized to each client, with an aim of keeping brows healthy and supporting sustainable growth over time.
