The lash menu moves from single-extension classic sets to textured wispy designs and fuller volume sets. The Wispy Designer Set uses spikes and layers shaped to each client's eye shape. Volume sets are built with lightweight handmade fans, and the Mega Volume Set is the most dramatic option, which the site calls Bombshell lashes. A Korean Lash Lift with Tint is offered for clients who want their natural lashes lifted and curled instead of extended.

Appointments are booked through the website, with contact by phone, email or the website contact form. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a 40% fee of the booked service, with the deposit credited toward it. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full booked service, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need rescheduling with a 50% fee. Completed services are non-refundable, and concerns about results should be raised within 48 hours.

Lash plans are matched to how each client's lashes retain and shed, with fills scheduled every two to three weeks and lighter refreshes for clients with strong retention.
