The menu covers brows, facials, hair removal, lashes, lips, makeup, scalp micro pigmentation, scar camouflage and skin treatments. Brow options run from precision sessions with a blade or tweezers, through henna, lamination and tinting, to microblading, powder, ombre and combo brows. The portfolio shows lip blush, medical tattoo treatments, microblading, mature skin bridal makeup and soft glam makeup, and lash services are offered as well.
Booking requires a 50% deposit, which is nonrefundable, and appointments must be confirmed or a no-show fee applies. Cancellation fees range from 50% to 100% of the service price depending on the treatment. Aesthetic services need a medical clearance form on file before treatment begins. Every service is paid in full, and permanent makeup and medical tattoo procedures are not price adjusted. Clients who are disrespectful to staff have their appointment canceled and are asked to leave. A revision consultation costs $65 per session, after which the work is reviewed and either covered or charged.
The studio also offers training: a CPD-accredited lash education program from $1,200, a traditional makeup program at $899 with a $400 deposit, and a permanent makeup program starting at $1,900 that introduces permanent makeup services and practices. The business states that it is OSHA compliant and DOHMH compliant.
