A visit starts with a consultation, where the stylist talks through the client's style preferences before the service begins. Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Staff speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Free Wi-Fi, a coffee station and on-site parking are available, and the location is near major plazas and shopping centers with highway access.
On the men's side, the menu includes fades and classic barber cuts, long hair cuts, cuts with shampoo and style, beard and moustache or goatee trims, hot towel shaves and men's color, along with boys' haircuts. Listed prices include $35 for a men's haircut or fade, $12 for a beard trim, $6 for a moustache or goatee trim and $25 for a boys' haircut. For women there are haircuts, blow dries, cuts with style, shampoo and hair treatments including deep conditioning and scalp treatments, bangs, and girls' haircuts. Color options include full color, root touch-ups, toner and gloss, partial and full highlights or lowlights, and balayage and ombré, which are priced after a consultation. Upper lip, chin, eyebrow and facial waxing are also offered.
The salon also rents chairs to independent hairstylists, barbers, colorists and other beauty professionals. A barber chair rents for $175 a week, and a styling station rents for $225 a week and includes towel service and salon amenities. Rental stations include utilities, hot water, janitorial service and Wi-Fi.
