Color work starts with a free 25-minute Hair Consultation, which the salon recommends before any color change, and test strands are sometimes needed. New clients are asked to book a consultation before root retouches and all-over color. Pricing for custom color and balayage depends on the look, hair length and thickness, and the salon sets Brazilian Blowout to be customized so natural curls can be kept.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours ahead are free, while cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged half the appointment ticket. Some services take a deposit of $10, $20 or $30.
