The space is a row home with a lounge area where clients can get coffee, and drinks in the evening. There is a rooftop and a secluded back patio where clients can have a cocktail during their visit. The interior is inspired by speakeasies, with a moody, luxurious feel and large mirrors along the walls. The atmosphere is described as warm and intimate, with a classic and urban boutique feel, and a press release compared the look to a London or New York City boutique hotel.
Services are grouped into haircuts and styles, color, and treatments. Women's offerings include haircuts, blow-dries, blowouts and styling with a flat or curling iron. Men's offerings include haircuts, fade refreshes, clean-ups and perms, which are booked after a consultation. Color ranges from all over color and root touch-ups to partial and full highlights, 3/4 highlights, face frame, balayage, partial balayage, color camo, glaze, and bleach (also by consultation). Treatments include Brazilian Blowout, Full Keratin, Keratin Express, deep conditioners, K-18 and Olapex.
Other booths in the salon are rented to independent Expert Stylists, so the people on the team work as their own businesses within the same space.
