Color work is a large part of the menu. Balayage, which is hand-painted highlights throughout the hair, is offered alone or with a blowout or a haircut. Partial and full highlights are available, and face-framing highlights brighten around the face. Some highlight services use hi/low lighting: partial highlights with a blowdry use it on the top half of the head, and full highlights with a blowout use it throughout the whole head. Single process color and glazes are also offered, with glazes available as a short add-on or with a blowout.

Cuts and styling include a women's cut that covers wash, cut and style, a men's cut, and a teen and tween haircut. Blowouts can be finished with curls or a flat iron. A Brazilian Blowout is also on the menu, booked as a longer 90-minute appointment.

The studio is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Clients who do not give 24 hours' notice of a cancellation are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
