Every personalized plan starts with a comprehensive consultation that evaluates the patient's skin, concerns and goals. The practice builds plans by layering treatments over time, which it calls Layered Rejuvenation, combining injectables, laser and energy treatments, skin rejuvenation, healthy aging therapies, body treatments and medical-grade skincare. Timing is planned around the skin's and body's repair cycles. The practice says it does not recommend a treatment just because it is new, and that patients are not pushed into treatments they do not need.

Consultations are offered before botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, miraDry, chemical peels, peptides, Upneeq and bioidentical hormones, with lengths from 15 to 45 minutes. A consultation is required before laser and energy treatments, and the first consultation is complimentary. Appointments can be booked online or by calling the office, and some services, such as CoolTone and most peptide and filler services, require logging in to book online.
