About

Founded in 1997, the practice is locally owned and run by a family in Griffin. It combines a Direct Primary Care membership program with a medical spa. The business describes itself as a leader in aesthetic and regenerative medicine in the Southeast.

The practice's stated philosophy is to support the body's own healing through natural, non-surgical and minimally invasive options. Treatments are described as evidence-based, overseen by a physician, and tailored to each patient's goals and biology. The med spa is physician-led and pairs medical-grade skin care with IV nutrition and wellness therapy. Patients can download aesthetics and IV consent forms from the med spa page before visiting.

The med spa menu covers facials, including anti-aging and skin rejuvenation options, along with acne treatment, anti-aging care, dermal fillers and lip enhancement, and neuromodulator treatments using Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify and Jeuveau. The practice says it does not carry the Botox brand and has no affiliation with Allergan. Other options include PDO treatments such as PDO threads and mesh lift, and scar repair.

Laser work uses the Fotona system, which has dual wavelengths (Er:YAG and Nd:YAG). Offerings include the Fotona 4D Facelift, SmoothEye rejuvenation, LipLase, scar and acne resurfacing, and laser peel and resurfacing. A $100 consultation covers a skin assessment, goals, areas of concern and a customized plan, and that fee is applied toward treatment. Pricing depends on the treatment type, number of sessions and target areas, and a detailed quote is given before any treatment. Most clients return to normal activity the same day.

In-office drips start around $150 to $250 depending on the IV chosen. An IV consultation for $100 is fully applied to the treatment plan. The mobile IV team travels to homes, offices and events in Griffin and surrounding areas. The travel fee is $50 within 25 miles of the office and $100 for 25 to 35 miles; beyond 35 miles the fee is set by the infusionist. Event IV service includes on-site setup and medical supervision for groups of any size, with add-ons such as B12, glutathione or vitamin C. All IV therapies are given under the direction of Dr. John Vu.

Direct Primary Care is a membership model with a one-time $100 registration fee and a monthly fee based on age: $100 for patients 65 and older, $80 for ages 50 to 64, $60 for ages 35 to 49, $40 for ages 20 to 34, and $20 for ages 7 to 19. Membership includes unlimited office visits with no copay and no annual deductible, an annual physical, annual wellness labs and an EKG once a year if needed. Members can reach Dr. Vu or his nurse by phone, secure text, email or video for urgent concerns. Same-day or next-day visits are usually available for established patients, and new patients are usually seen within 14 days. The practice does not accept health insurance, and members may pay with HSA or FSA funds. Families and employers can enroll together. Joining starts with a consultation with the doctor, followed by choosing a plan. Most patients are seen in the office every three to six months, and telehealth may be used in select cases when Dr. Vu approves.

The practice describes its approach as evidence-based and physician-guided, with treatments built around each patient's goals and biology and a preference for natural, non-surgical and minimally invasive options.
