The team includes medical doctors, nurses, certified laser technicians and licensed master estheticians. Two electrologists on staff are members of the American Electrology Association. Electrolysis is described as permanent hair removal in which a fine probe is placed into each follicle and a hot electrical current is applied. The business says the method is FDA-approved and treats gray, blond and red hair.

Facials are tailored to skin type using specially formulated products. The G.R. Signature Facial combines a skin analysis, steam, cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, facial massage, a vitamin mask and high frequency. Other facial options include microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, oxygen infusion, a glycolic peel and a clarifying acne facial, with add-ons such as a collagen blanket or lymphatic drainage massage.

Laser hair removal is offered for facial and body hair on both men and women, from single small areas up to a full back and shoulders. Packages of five or six treatments are available, along with optional shaving for a per-area fee.

Visits begin with a complimentary, private consultation to plan treatment. A valid credit card is needed to reserve an appointment. Appointments must be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, and clients with prepaid packages lose a treatment for a no-show or late cancellation. Packages, gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Treatment plans are designed after a complimentary, private consultation, and facials are customized to each client's skin type using specially formulated products.
