Haircuts for women range from bobs to long layers, and men's cuts are offered as well. Color work includes highlights, balayage and ombre. Extensions can add length or volume, and updos and styling are available for events such as weddings and proms.
Treatments are a separate menu. They include deep conditioning, hot oil, protein and scalp treatments, and keratin treatments under hair treatments. Hair straightening and end clipping are also offered, and a PRE color conditioning step is available.
Full lace and frontal wig installs are offered as their own category, and wigs can be bought through the website. New clients can book a first-time consultation, and appointments can be booked online. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free, while later cancellations are charged half the scheduled cost, and same-day cancellations are charged the full cost. Monday and Sunday bookings carry an off-day fee.
Services are customized to each client's hair type and style, after the stylist listens to what the client needs and prefers.
