The salon builds a custom look around each client's own style, whether they prefer something classic or more modern. First-time clients start with a consultation, a haircut, a neck shave, a shampoo and a style. Those who want more can add a scalp massage during the shampoo and a hand softening treatment as a VIP upgrade. The VIP service also includes a hot towel neck shave and a face mask.
Routine clients come in for a monthly maintenance haircut with a neck shave, shampoo and style. The salon asks clients who have gone seven or more weeks since their last cut to book the longer Overgrown/Long hair service instead. Clients book online through the salon's booking page. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 9 pm, Thursday from 2 to 8 pm, and Monday and Friday from 1 to 5 pm. It is closed on weekends.
Each look is shaped around the client's personal style, with classic and modern options both available.
