The team starts by listening to what a client wants to improve, what they want to keep, and what matters most to them. Treatment plans are built around those goals rather than around one particular treatment. The practice aims for results that look natural and stay true to each person, and it may suggest waiting instead of a treatment or package when that suits the client better.

A visit usually begins with a consultation, which typically runs about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the service. Aesthetic treatment, skin analysis and skincare, and laser hair removal consultations are complimentary, and the skincare consultation is free. Skin-focused consultations use VISIA digital imaging for a detailed look at the skin. A credit card is needed to reserve a consultation but is only charged under the cancellation policy, and there is no obligation to book treatment afterward. First-time clients are given extra time to go over options and ask questions. Same-day treatment may be possible depending on the service and provider availability, so clients can mention it when booking.

Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Mondays and Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM Tuesday through Thursday, and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays; the practice is closed Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee charged to the card on file. The space includes roomy treatment rooms designed for comfort and privacy, a Himalayan salt relaxation room with zero-gravity chairs, and a quiet Serenity Room. Guests can be offered coffee, espresso, gourmet teas, wine and champagne.

The practice carries SkinCeuticals medical-grade skincare and, according to the practice, is the only SkinCeuticals Flagship in Orlando and one of 150 worldwide. It also reports that it is recognized by Allergan as a top 1% aesthetic practice nationwide and by Galderma as one of its leading aesthetic practices. Clients who refer a friend give that friend $50 off a first visit, and the referring client receives a $50 rewards credit once the friend has a treatment.

Treatment plans are personalized around each client's goals, with the aim of subtle, natural-looking results that enhance rather than change a person's appearance.
