Gentle Miracle was founded by Dr. Jackie Lee, DO, and is run as a physician-led boutique medical aesthetic clinic. Treatments are meant to be subtle and prevention-focused, aiming to enhance a person's own features rather than change them. Every treatment is physician-led and tailored to the client's goals, and the clinic favors less invasive techniques where they suit the situation, with attention to keeping discomfort controlled. The menu is grouped into Face, Hair Loss, Body and Wellness. Face services cover facials such as the Gentle Miracle, Acne, Rosacea and Sensitive Skin, and CellStory liquid microneedling facials, along with neurotoxin and filler work, HIFU and RF microneedling, lip and under-eye treatments, and acupuncture. Hair loss services include PRP, the six-week Calecim Hair Restoration Program and scalp microneedling. Headspa sessions, the combined MIRACLE ME facial and headspa, and non-surgical body contouring and skin-tightening round out the offerings. Clients who already know which treatment they want can book it directly, since medical services include a consultation. Follow-up consults are available for those whose last visit or treatment was within the past year. Clients receive a list of the products used at every appointment, and the clinic's plant-based, organic and eco-clean skincare and haircare selection may vary by visit. Memberships are offered as three monthly passes. Each includes complimentary physician consultations and allows passes to be shared with up to three adults, with unused value rolling over as account credit. Bookings are made through Vagaro, and the clinic is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Free parking is available, and the entrance is through the Image Studios parking garage or the pedestrian staircase from Northgate Way. Clients call from the Image Studios entrance to be buzzed in.
