The menu is built around color. Options include glosses, a two-color Gloss Me and Smudge Me overlay, low light and reverse balayage for returning color to previously lightened hair, root maintenance for grey coverage or enhancement, and a color and blow-dry or color and cut combination. Highlights come in several forms: partial and full head highlights in a traditional pattern, mini highlights along the hairline to keep a face-frame look, and custom highlights, balayage or foliage work in a color you have already discussed. Toner is not included in several highlight prices.

Smoothing and treatments are also offered. A six-week keratin smoothing treatment is described as formaldehyde-free and can be added to a color, cut or blow-dry. The Brazilian Blowout is described as a smoothing treatment rather than a relaxer, lasts up to 12 weeks with proper haircare, and is priced by hair length, thickness and desired result. Color preparation treatments include K18 and a Detox Me deep treatment with MalibuC Crystal gel that is part of the color prep process.

Cuts for women and men include a consultation, shampoo, conditioning, a custom cut and finishing with detail cutting. Upstyles for special occasions are also available. eGift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount.
