The menu covers hairstyles for curly and textured hair, color, cuts, treatments and multi-step packages. Services are grouped by type, so clients can book a single add-on or a full package.

The packages are the most detailed part of the menu. The Curly Cut Package starts with a consultation and moves through a clarifying cleanse, scalp exfoliation, a chelating treatment, deep conditioning, and then cut and style; clients should arrive with detangled hair, and drying time is not included. Braid Prep is booked at least a week before braids go in, and Braid Recovery & Reset at least a week after they come out. Neither covers the braiding or drying time. The Healthy Hair Package combines a deep cleanse, protein treatment, intense conditioning, a trim, and either a wash n go or silk press, and is recommended every 8 to 12 weeks.

Color services each take a $30 deposit that goes toward the final balance. Clients whose preferred day or time is not open online are asked to text the salon. Relaxer clients are asked not to wash or wet their hair for 24 hours before the appointment. Products are non-refundable, and orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours and shipped by USPS. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $10, $20, $25, $50 or a custom amount.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 8 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 7 am to 6 pm. It is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday. MilliCurls has been featured on KHOU11's Great Day Houston and FOX26's Chattin' with Chelsea.
