Hours run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with select Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The studio is closed on Sundays.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express treatment to a 1 hour 15 minute nano facial. Options include a dermaplaning facial, a hydration facial, a radio frequency facial and an ultimate glass skin facial, with prices from $65 to $179. Each facial is a separate service, so clients can choose the length and treatment that fits their visit.

Lip hydration treatments are offered in several named versions, including a 0.5 lip treatment, the Lip Plump 1.0 (Fridays only), the Lip Plump 1.2 and a 1.5 service, which is listed as a sale at $249. Clients prone to cold sores are advised to take an anti-viral medication three days before lip services. Afterward, the lip color lightens over about two weeks to its final shade, and for one week clients are asked to drink through a straw, avoid spicy, salty or oily foods, and skip swimming, saunas, sweating, sun exposure and makeup.

Body contouring includes a radio frequency or cavitation session of about 45 minutes, a 50 minute glute toning vacuum therapy session and an ultrasonic whitening treatment.

Before booking, clients should know the studio's policies. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, with a $25 fee for late changes. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late are charged a $20 late fee and should contact the studio beforehand. Pre-care instructions must be followed before every appointment, and clients must show a valid ID matching the booking name. Guests and children are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Services are not offered to people who are pregnant or lactating, under 18, diabetic, or who have certain skin or blood conditions, take blood thinners, or take skin medications such as Accutane or steroids.
