Visits begin with a consultation, which looks at the skin and recommends a suitable treatment. Basic and specialty facials are built around the individual, and add-ons such as LED light therapy, high frequency, galvanic current, dermaplaning and a facial massage can be added to a session. Monthly facials are generally suggested, unless a specific concern like acne, sensitivity or hyperpigmentation is being treated.

Facials are available for kids with sensitive skin, teens whose main concern is acne, men who want gentle cleansing and hydrating formulas, and adults. New clients are welcome. Appointments are required, and the spa asks that new clients book a consultation at least 48 hours before scheduling a treatment.

Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid exfoliating and retinol, BHA or AHA products for 48 hours, to arrive without makeup, and to come 10 to 20 minutes early. Afterward, makeup is best avoided for 24 hours, exfoliation for 48 hours, and BHA or AHA products for 48 to 72 hours. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which a late fee applies as agreed at booking. Reschedules and cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice by email or text, and missed appointments are charged the agreed fee to the card on file.

House call facials are available. To request one, book as usual and add the address in the appointment notes. The spa is open Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
