A consultation covering prior hair history, current needs and goals is required for new clients asking about color. Options run from a semi-permanent tonal refresh that cancels underlying tones without lifting, to a two-step double process that lifts before the final color; a $50 deposit applies to double process and to amino acid smoothing treatments. Highlights and lowlights use foiling and or freehand technique with toner.

Textured hair services include detangling, knotless and box braid shampoos, two strand twists, and flexi rod sets under a hooded dryer. Silk presses come in three versions: a signature service, a moisture-focused option that starts with a pre-poo treatment for dry, brittle hair, and a strong strand option with a protein-based treatment for fragile strands. The amino acid smoothing treatment temporarily improves manageability, softness, frizz and humidity resistance for about three to four months.

Wig and extension services include wig shampoo drop-off, glue-less installs for closure units, custom wig creation on a breathable mesh dome cap, and partial or full sew-ins. Sew-ins require a consultation, and the hair must be provided by the stylist or bought from the recommended supplier. Take-downs cover sew-ins but not extensions installed by other stylists.

Clients book through Glossgenius and should reschedule or cancel at least two days ahead to avoid a fee. Late cancellations after 48 hours are charged 25% of services booked, no-call no-shows 50%, and arrivals 15 minutes late are treated as no-call no-shows. The card on file or the card used to book is charged for these fees. Children under 13 are not serviced. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and gift cards are offered. Free street parking is directly in front of the salon, and the garage above is free with validation for the first two hours.
