The facial menu runs from a 60-minute option with a choice of ice globes or lymphatic facial cupping, paired with red light therapy, to longer appointments. A 75-minute version adds dermaplaning or a baby peel, and a 100-minute ritual for existing clients adds a dermaplane and baby peel stack option and a peptide mask. New Beginnings Facial starts with an in-depth consultation on skin history, daily habits, lifestyle and goals, so the treatment can be customized from there.

For lashes, first-time clients can book The Lash Strategy, which includes a consultation, style mapping and a patch test. If the patch test shows no irritation, its fee is applied as a deposit toward a full lash set booked 24 hours later. Ms. Soft Serve offers four custom styles, from a soft mascara look to a strip-lash effect, and lash extension removal is also available.

Microneedling is not offered to first-time clients and needs provider approval before booking. Each session is followed by LED light therapy. It is recommended as a series of three sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with an approved homecare routine and service prep. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, made online, by text or by email; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 75% of the scheduled service price.

Services begin with a consultation or approval step where that applies, and treatments are tailored to the client's skin, lifestyle and goals.
