The Gloss Galleria is a beauty studio operated by Gava's Gallery, focused on hair health and artistry. Besides the Chevy Chase studio at Salon Lofts on Wisconsin Avenue, it has a second in-salon location at 14th and N Streets NW in Washington, DC.

Color services include balayage, highlights, roots only color and all-over color, and the salon describes its color as 100% vegan. Cut and shape work covers haircuts, short cuts, curly cuts and styling. A cut, color and blowout can be combined into one appointment. Prices vary by service, and clients are asked to contact the salon for a personalized quote.

Bridal and special event styling covers wedding parties, special events and photoshoots, and luxury event styling and luxury extension services are also offered. Bridal and event bookings are recommended at least four weeks ahead, bridal trials are usually booked four to six weeks before the event, and large bridal parties can be accommodated with additional professionals. Hairstyles for events usually need 45 to 60 minutes per person, depending on the look.

Mobile styling comes to a client's home or chosen location across the greater DC area, including Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring and nearby areas. The stylist brings all tools and products. Clients provide space and seating, ideally near a table with power outlets and good lighting. A travel fee based on distance is calculated at booking for services outside the usual area.

In-salon appointments are booked through the website, and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Same-day appointments are available for both salon and mobile services. Mobile appointments are booked by text or email. Gratuities are not included in the price and can be given in cash. Mobile clients can pay by cash or Zelle, and a deposit by Zelle is required for mobile luxury extension services and for bridal and event bookings.

The studio is built around healthy hair and artistic design, with a luxury service cycle designed by the owner and a focus on helping each client define their hair goals.
