The salon is designed for four clients at a time, with two manicure stations and two pedicure stations, so attention stays one-on-one. It describes itself as non-judgmental, upbeat and warm, and describes its services as spa quality. Groups can book, but each person is served back to back rather than at the same time. Dozens of scents are available for pedicures. Staff are trained by the owner.

Gel is the only system used; acrylic and dip powder services ended in January 2025. Foreign fills of acrylic, gel or other products are not accepted, so product applied elsewhere must be removed before a service. Clients may bring their own nail art or color, though no discount is given for supplies. Services are offered to clients with healthy hands or feet, and clients with unhealthy hands or feet may be declined. Staff are not licensed massage therapists, and deep tissue massage is outside the salon's scope. The salon follows state board rules on client safety and nail health.

Hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday, and 10 am to 7 pm on Thursday and Friday. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, other tap to pay methods and checks. A card on file is required to book and is used for cancellation and no-show fees. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the total at the provider's discretion, and a no-show is charged 50%. Clients are asked to say if they will be late, and technicians may cancel appointments more than 10 minutes late. Services carry a seven-day guarantee, and a nail that breaks or lifts within that time is repaired for free. Extra guests who are not receiving a service, including children, are not permitted. Eligible eGift cards come in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts.
