The Resource Center on North 1st Avenue answers questions and takes reservations on weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm.

Booking can be done online or by calling 520-325-0000, though some services must be booked by phone. Salons are closed on Sundays. Tuesday and Thursday evenings run until 8pm at the salons, and the Oracle salon is also open on Monday until 6pm. The Oracle salon has accessible parking spaces in front of the building and offers Wi-Fi, with the password available from the front desk. It accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Gadabout gift cards. Cash back is limited, so smaller bills are a good idea, particularly at Swan/Ft Lowell.

The hair menu covers cuts and styling, color, texture services, curly hairstyles, perms and keratin treatments. Color options include balayage, foiling, solid color, ombre, gloss, splashlights, Blonde on Blonde and three-dimensional color. Easipro extensions come in several methods and a range of shades. Specialty treatments include Kérastase treatments, a Chronologiste scalp spa treatment, a body wave curl permanent and a custom blend straightener. Bridal hair, bridal makeup, bridal party services and on-site styling are also offered, and the Swan/Ft Lowell salon handles occasions such as prom and weddings.

Skin services range from the Refresh facial at 25 or 50 minutes to the Gadabout Signature facial, an Acne Refinishing facial, an Anti-Aging facial that includes Fit and Firm, and a Nano Brighten Antioxidant facial that uses microneedling and may cause mild redness or peeling for a day or two. Clinical options include dermaplaning, microblading and microneedling. Add-ons such as microdermabrasion, glycolic, ultrasound and collagen can be combined with anti-aging or clinical facials. Most locations have an express wax area for face and body waxing, and makeup services include airbrush, natural and dramatic application along with makeup lessons. Lash enhancements, rebalances, lash lifts and lash tints are also available, along with brow tint, wax, define, lamination and microblading.

Massage menus include the Gadabout Signature Swedish massage, a Mother to Be massage with therapists trained in prenatal work who use a body support system, a Himalayan hot stone massage, deep tissue and an oil-infused Vita D Glow massage. The Painted Tranquility Experience is offered as a relaxation treatment. Fountain of Youth is a 120-minute combined anti-aging facial and scalp massage, and the salon says it is performed by professionals licensed in both skincare and bodywork. Manicures and pedicures include gel, dipping powder and acrylic options, paraffin masques for hands and feet, and the Gadabout Signature pedicure, which removes calluses and softens dry feet. Nail artistry is priced by consultation based on the design and time involved.

Therapists and estheticians recommend professional home care products to help maintain results between visits, and the business runs a points program for home care purchases.
