Color work is the core of the business. Services range from all-over color and color melt to foil work, specialty blonding, and balayage, with options to add a haircut or a toner, gloss or treatment. Extensions are the other main focus, offered through several application methods and planned around a complimentary 30-minute consultation to match color and build a custom package.

A first visit begins with a full consultation covering current goals and longer-term hair goals. New clients complete a digital consultation form and are contacted within 24 business hours, and appointment requests are confirmed by text and email within the same window. If a preferred date or time is taken, clients can join a waitlist.

Policies cover cancellations and lateness. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a cancellation fee would apply. Haircut or color concerns reported within seven days are corrected at no additional charge. Debit and credit cards and cash are accepted, and Wi-Fi is available for clients who want to work from the salon.

Color is custom formulated after a consultation, with each formula built around hair structure, natural color, upkeep and lifestyle, and a blowout completes the service.
