The salon also offers face and body waxing, nail services, lash extensions, makeup and skincare.

According to the salon, the interior was recently renovated. The salon describes its staff as experienced and enthusiastic. Its careers page calls it one of the top rated salons in the Twin Cities and the top rated Yelp salon in the Bloomington area, and the salon says it has a partnership with the Timberwolves Dancers. Hours are Monday 10am to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday closed. Many services are priced by stylist level, so the price for the same service can vary by who performs it.

Stylists take continuing education through Aveda, Easihair Pro and other industry educators. The salon has a bridal styling team for wedding and event work.

Appointments cancelled or changed with under 24 hours' notice are billed at 50% of the booked services to the card on file. Missed appointments without a phone call, and late arrivals that stop a service from going ahead, are billed at 100%. Booking requires a signed acknowledgement, and deposits cannot be refunded. Children may attend only while receiving a service, with the exception of nursing infants. Guests aged 14 and under need a parent or legal guardian present throughout the entire visit. Clients who are unhappy with a service should tell the salon within seven days; a complimentary adjustment is offered within two weeks, and the original fee is not refunded. Unused retail products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the receipt. Appliances such as flat irons are covered by the manufacturer's warranty rather than returned to the salon. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
