Gabbysway

Gabbysway is a Charlotte studio open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. The street address is sent by text reminder, so clients receive it after booking.

New clients need to book a New Client service or package. A first appointment usually includes a trim, and some trims are done on professionally blown-out hair so damage and uneven ends are easier to see. Additional services are listed on the Head Spa Menu. Prices are fixed and do not change with hair length or density, and a package price stays the same if a step is skipped.

Appointments can be booked up to three months ahead, only through the website, not by Instagram DM or text. Bookings are rescheduled or cancelled through the link in the confirmation email. A non-refundable deposit applies to every appointment and goes toward the total, and a card is kept on file through Square for late cancellation or no-show fees. Changes made less than 48 hours ahead carry a $50 fee, arrivals are charged $1 per minute late, and clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Clients arrive close to their time and wait in their car until greeted at the door. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, but Cash App and other payment apps are not. Email is the preferred contact route, with replies usually within three to five business days.
