The menu is split into face and body waxing for both men and women. Women's body options include underarms, arms, back, abdomen, legs, feet and toes, and several bikini services. Every bikini service includes the tummy strip and inner thighs. Facial options for women cover cheeks, chin, lip, nose, neck, sideburns and full face with brows. Bro-zilian waxing is available by referral only, and the booking notes must include the referring person's name. Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and the studio says prices may change.

Every visit is by appointment. Before a session, clients can take a strip test to check how comfortable the process feels. The waxer works in small sections and presses on the skin after each strip to ease discomfort. Stray hairs are removed with tweezers, and a soothing cream is applied afterward. Clients undress and dress in private while the waxer waits outside, and each guest receives a new disposable bed cover and a disposable sheet. The studio says results typically last about three to four weeks.

Certain recent treatments change when waxing can be done. Clients who have taken Accutane need to be at least one year off the medication. Waxing is not done within one year of laser skin resurfacing or a physician-administered peel. It waits 7 days after mild chemical peels or microdermabrasion, and 6 months over new scar tissue. Clients should wait at least 2 months after eyebrow microblading. Waxing is not done within 48 hours of tanning or with any sunburn. Clients should also have at least two weeks of hair growth at the time of the appointment.

Scheduling changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, no-shows, and guests who arrive 10 or more minutes late are charged a fee of 50% of the services booked. The studio accepts cash, check and all major credit cards. Products and services are not refundable.

Sessions are built around comfort, with small sections, a strip test before the first wax, and privacy during undressing. Hair is cleaned up with tweezers and aftercare cream is applied.

Each guest is given fresh disposable bed covering and a sheet for modesty.
