Extensions come in three styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a natural, flowing finish. Volume places two, three, five or more on each natural lash for a fuller look. Hybrid combines the two. A classic full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and a volume full set about 2 to 2.5 hours. Extensions stay on for roughly 3 to 4 weeks, as long as natural lashes last, and need a touch up every two weeks or a refill every three weeks to keep them full.

A lash lift is a separate service that curls natural lashes and includes a keratin nutrition treatment. It is intended for clients with long, thick but straight natural lashes, and results last up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on how quickly the natural lashes shed. The Holiday Special adds jade stones to extensions for the holiday season, is free with a lash service, and is free for former clients.

Before an extension appointment, clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and remove contact lenses. Aftercare asks for no heavy water on the lashes for 24 hours, no hot steam or sauna for 72 hours, brushing every morning and evening after washing, and avoiding rubbing the eyes or sleeping face-down. Waxing clients should have hair at least 1/4 inch long and exfoliate three days before, then avoid hot tubs, saunas and exfoliating products for 72 hours and avoid shaving or tweezing for about two weeks.

The About Us page says lashes are applied in at least four to five lengths so the set looks more natural.
